Client Satisfaction

We want all of our clients to have the absolute best experience at Blink. If for any reason you are not happy with the results of our service, please call, text or email us within 3 business days of your appointment. We will be happy to have a follow-up appointment with you in order to resolve any issues.


We understand that life happens; however, if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment we ask for a 24-hour notice. The reservation of an appointment indicates that Blink Beauty Parlour has reserved the time for you, and therefore, have had to refuse other clients.


We encourage you to arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow enough time to change or accommodate any special needs if necessary, relax and make the most of your salon experience. Any guests arriving 15 minutes past the time of their appointment may be asked to reschedule.

Salon Etiquette

In consideration of your fellow guests at Blink Beauty Parlour, please maintain conversations at a reasonable volume in all treatment areas.

Product Returns

We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. As such, any unopened items accompanied with a store receipt may be returned within 7 days for a full refund. Any opened makeup or skin care products may also be returned within 5 days you have had allergic reaction.


Blink Beauty Parlour uses the personal information collected to assist in making your experience with us a satisfying and safe one. Information is also collected to establish and maintain professional business records. Nevertheless, your privacy is very important to us. For that reason, we will not disclose your personal information to any third party unless required by legal authorities.
